Dunk Of The Year of the Day: Blake Griffin punctuated the Clippers’ smiting of the Oklahoma City Thunder with a slam dunk so powerful, Kendrick Perkins’ progeny are now legally bound by the bannerman code to serve the military whims of House Griffin.

Someone’s gonna have to give me an analysis or provide a link of why this is the dunk of the year. I keep seeing people posting “OMG HIS CHILDREN WILL WALK BOW-LEGGED FROM HERE ON OUT” but that’s not exactly helpful. It looks like the defender jumped a little too late; doesn’t mean he was “dominated…” I mean Griffin still made it in despite over-extending, but is that it? It’s one-handed too, does that contribute? I’m not trying to be a dick, I just like learning about topics!
